IT Help
The IT Help section assists users with IT services, computers and other IT-related things at UiO. Here, we solve cases that concern basic IT services that everyone uses and other services that the IT organization is responsible for.
- First and second line support for basic IT services and other central IT solutions
- Knowledge of the entire IT service portfolio and ability to forward cases to the appropriate receiving device
- Coordination and distribution of registered support cases
- Facilitate personal guidance (one-to-one) via video or physically.
- Responsibility for immediate response in particularly important situations such as digital lectures, teaching situations, DigEx, Digital Disputes etc.
- AV hotline
- IT-related tasks for the physical digital exam solution
- User administration of groups, rights and the life cycle of a user account
- Receiving orders for standard IT equipment and software
