Ad 3:

• Q: From BookitLab’s end-users’ and core-admin’s point of view, what can be done and cannot be done after “BOOKITLAB END DATE” but before “ORACLE END DATE”?
  • A: After the “BOOKITLAB END DATE”, the project will not be shown in the drop-down list for reservation creation, etc., regardless of the ORACLE END DATE”. Please note that the “BOOKITLAB END DATE”  is an editable field, and the gap between the “BOOKITLAB END DATE”  and “ORACLE END DATE”  can be changed via the Misc settings --> Project Settings --> Online project auto stop date gap (months).
• Q: Invoicing of bookings can be made until “ORACLE END DATE”, even though it is after “BOOKITLAB END DATE”. 
  • A: The invoice can be created even after both dates, but the invoice date period should be until the “BOOKITLAB END DATE”.
• Q: Does the daily synchronization with the accounting system change the date back to 3 months before “ORACLE END DATE” or not touch upon this change and keep the changed value? 
  • A: According to the requirements, there is no synchronization after the project creation process.
• Q: Does the project become automatically “inactive” after the “ORACLE END DATE”? 
  • A: According to the requirements, the project doesn't become inactive after the “ORACLE END DATE”. 

Ad 4:

• Spørsmål 1: Hvorfor blir ikke disse bookingene blå når de har blitt godkjent?
• Spørsmål 2: Studenten får ikke e-post om godkjenning. Tenker dere at det bør være skrudd på og gjør man det som vist under spørsmål 2 forklaringen?
• Spørsmål 3: Hvor skrur jeg av at Labansvarlig får e-post om at Booking har blitt godkjent?
